What’s included?
I can play during 3 parts of your wedding – choose 1, 2 or all 3…it’s up to you. All prices include travel to any venue within 25 miles’ drive of Burford, Oxfordshire, plus Public Liability Insurance up to £10 million. These prices apply to 2025 and 2026 bookings only.
An additional supplement may apply to certain dates, e.g. Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve.
1 part = £400
2 parts = £650
All 3 parts = £800
- Guest arrival and seating

- Signing of the register
- Guest exit
This package includes 1 new song request, if your choice is not already part of my repertoire, plus a digital recording of the bridal walk as a memento of your day.

How it works
- Message me to check that your date is available (bookings must be at least 3 months before your wedding).
- Once I confirm, you’ll need to pay a £100 deposit to secure the booking.
- We’ll have an initial Zoom meeting, so we can get to know each other a little better and discuss your plans and ideas (I can of course provide expert guidance if you need it).
- If your choice of aisle music is not already part of my repertoire, I will then spend time learning to play it beautifully for you (and I’m always available on email if you have any questions).
- I’ll send you a digital recording of your chosen music for the entrance and aisle walk, to help you with timing.
- The balance is payable by bank transfer 30 days before your wedding.
- The main event! Your special day arrives and I’ll be there as your dedicated Wedding Pianist, helping to make memories.
